Join us for a Beginner’s Acro Yoga Workshop! Acro Yoga is a playful and collaborative practice where two or more people support each other in poses, building trust, confidence, and connection. In this workshop, you’ll work with a partner—whether that’s a friend, a stranger, or someone you meet here (no need to bring a partner!). Together, we will learn how to guide each other through fun, shared poses that blend movement, breath, and balance.
